Masoncorp, is a standalone full service commercial Construction Company, strategically aligned with HRM Properties & Development to participate in all proprietary and third party assignments. This shall include commercial construction services as well as facilities and construction management responsibilities related to HRM's Property and Asset Management division.

Masoncorp is a vertically integrated start to finish Construction Company including the following services:

• Project Consultants – Responsible for all aspects of the project including bidding process, hiring trades, scheduling and budgeting.
• General Contractor – Full “Ground UP” development and construction trade experience.
• Preferred Development Services – A division of HRM Properties and Development, catering to national and regional commercial end users interested in a full service roll out expansion. Masoncorp provides all construction and development resources as part of the overall program.
